Apple - My iPhone on/off switch broke down and there weren't any stores with a few hours of me in Alabama, but I was flying to DC the next day. They scheduled an appointment for me the next day when I landed and I just had to go to the store and get my data transferred to a new phone that was all set to go. Great Experience!

Companies I have Had Terrible Experiences With:
Experian Credit Report - Got a free credit report through them but they then started charging my credit card every month for reports. I never once looked at the reports and I didn't notice the charges until several months later. They refused to refund the charges even though I never authorized them and never used their services. Do not get a credit report through Experian!
